I wanted to take a moment to recognize the entire maintenance team and let the office know how much I appreciate all of the guys. They are truly an awesome group-always helpful, courteous, professional, and willing to go the extra mile.

A special thank you to Walter for recently taking care of the water stains on the hallway wall outside my door the very same day I mentioned it to him. His quick response, attention to detail, and care in getting the job done right really stood out to me.

Please know that all of the guys' hard work and dedication are noticed and genuinely appreciated.

I came back to NJ from Florida two years ago and chose Montage at Hamilton for the beautiful, roomy apartments, the beautifully maintained grounds and its superb location in Hamilton Township and proximity to major highways. It was an excellent choice.  The management and maintenance staffs are responsive to issues and concerns and organize community activities throughout the year. Residents are friendly and helpful. Montage is a great place to live. Very nice people. Location is everything we have several ShopRite close as well as Acme across from each other. CVS Walgreens very close. We have the Marketplace For Clothes to us.!! But our location is is great. We have an exercise trail around our building that has weight sit up boards, steps, Palace beans all kinds of things for your health. We have a pool seasonal Memorial Day to Labor Day. We have an activity room that’s beautiful and you could give events and they are for free as well as pay for events in the clubhouse management and maintenance are excellent. . I love living at Montage! We have a beautiful spacious apartment with upgraded appliances. It is a very safe community with a lot of amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness room and walking path. They have events that are always a lot of fun and a way to get to know our neighbors.

Blizzard of 2026 surprised many, and so did the winter storm a week before that~ but Montage delivered and the maintence crew did an OUTSTANDING JOB on BOTH!!! Meghan, our Site Manager coordinated, by text messaging to all residents, before both storms even arrived... when to move vehicles, when to move back vehicles from designated parking spaces, phone number to PSEG for power outages,  messaged us on anything else we see, saw or can recommend for safety to and for the Montage Community residents, our neighbors who we call friends..

I’ve been living at Montage for a few years and the management team has always been consistently super responsive to my requests.  I lived in other apartments and condo communities in my adult life and, by far, they take care of the residents, the common areas and the grounds the best. My sister and I moved on 2022 (for the 2nd time). The apartment we have now is great as we have an office which came in handy when we worked from home.  Management is good but the maintenance team is top notch! The best we've had anywhere else. Love that we don't have to go outside to drop garbage or recycling. Some buildings have covered parking. My son and I moved here in March 2025.  We were trying to get a 2 bedroom in a tight timeline. The management was was most accommodating in getting us in a beautiful apartment. Can you please consider putting up sound barriers along Yardville Ham. Sq. Rd up to Montage. We have been here almost 3 years and two more warehouses have appeared!! It’s an all night thing and when they Jake Break, it wakes us up. We love it here but those tractor trailers are loud!!!! We cannot get used this.

These apartments are great! The construction is very good and pretty much sound proof. They have monthly events for the community which are well attended. My floor even has a 12 seat theatre! Shopping of all kinds are within 5-7 minutes. The management are always friendly and helpful in individual situations. Residents are friendly. The grounds are always kept neat. A great place to live!
